About Tom England, The Founder

With 35+ years of industrial sales, marketing, and engineering experience, Tom has a keen interest in both the technical and commercial aspects of marketing and sales, and a passion for teaching leaders the importance of relationships. As head of Market Development at Kollmorgen (formerly a Danaher Company), Tom led the growth in a diverse set of markets - including semiconductor, food & beverage, medical imaging, and oil & gas. After retiring from Kollmorgen in 2014, he developed and refined the Pareto Insight process as part of his consulting business.

Tom continues to bring value to his client’s marketing and development strategies through the Pareto Insight process. When not teaching or facilitating Pareto Insight events, Tom spends his time with family, traveling, sailing, backpacking, volunteering mentorship time and consulting for non-profits.
